Hi, I’m Tera Fernandez — the founder of Fiora Launch.

I created Fiora Launch because I know how overwhelming it can feel to start something new — especially when you care deeply about what you’re building.

For many people, the hardest part isn’t the service they want to offer. It’s everything around it:

the website, the branding, the business setup, the technology, the endless decisions, and the feeling that you should somehow already know how to do all of it.

I know that feeling because I’ve lived it too.

My journey into this work started nearly 20 years ago when my mom and sister launched a Reiki business and needed help creating a website. What began as simply wanting to support them slowly turned into years of helping friends, non-profits, and small business owners with websites, business cards, brochures, banners, and the many moving pieces involved in bringing a business to life.

Over time, I realized something I genuinely loved: helping people take an idea that felt overwhelming and turn it into something real.

Most of the people I worked with were caring, talented, service-oriented people who were incredible at what they did — but often felt intimidated by the business side of things.

And honestly, I understand that deeply.

My background includes business analysis, process design, purchasing, contracts, systems configuration, and supporting service-based businesses behind the scenes. I’ve also spent years helping manage the administrative side of my husband’s business — organizing expenses, working with accountants, handling GST payments, creating promotional materials, managing scheduling tools, and learning firsthand how much there is to juggle when running a business.

But what shaped me most wasn’t formal business training.

It was real experience.

Making mistakes.
Overcomplicating things.
Trying to make everything perfect before starting.
Learning that progress matters more than perfection.

When I started building my own business, I realized how many people are quietly carrying that same overwhelm while trying to build something meaningful for themselves and their families.

That’s why Fiora Launch exists.

My goal is to help simplify the process.
To help people feel more capable.
To remind them they do not need to have everything figured out before they begin.

I care deeply about helping people build businesses in a way that feels sustainable, authentic, and aligned with the life they actually want to create.

What I Believe

I believe most people are far more capable than they give themselves credit for.
I believe confidence often comes after taking the first step — not before.
I believe small consistent steps create momentum.
I believe having supportive systems in place can make business feel far more manageable.
I believe you do not need to do everything alone.
And I believe a business should support your life — not consume it.

If I can help make the path feel a little clearer, a little less intimidating, and a little more possible, then Fiora Launch is doing exactly what I hoped it would.
